The development Forum 1 begins its conceptualization and construction since 1998. The total project has an area of 130,000 m2, distributed among 16 office buildings, 2 parking platforms, in addition to outdoor parking areas, green areas and the internal streets.
Forum 1 is a mixed condominium of offices with features such as: indoor parking, 3 independent accesses, emergency floors with a 24-hour back-up for offices, air conditioning system, internal access controls for both offices and basements, among others.
The project was proposed in stages, according to the demand determined by the national market. And each of these stages is divided into 2 clearly defined processes, on one hand there is the construction of the buildings and parking basements and on the other hand there is the process of enabling the internal areas of each of the buildings according to the needs specific to the condominium owners. Some of the current owners of the park are for example: Procter and Gamble, Citi, GPSI, Hewlett Packard, Chiquita Brands, Western Union, Sky, GMB, National Securities Exchange, Kraftt and Banacel among others.
