This project consists of the construction of 2 buildings. The first building is a 28-storey tower plus a basement, of which the first level is commercial premises, floors 2 to 9 will have 70 offices and floors 10 to 28 will be built 107 fully finished apartments.
The second building has 9 levels plus a basement, of which the first 8 floors are exclusive for parking spaces and warehouses, and in the last two levels the social areas will be available; among them: swimming pools, gym, multipurpose room, running track and administrative offices. It is worth noting that it is the highest building in Costa Rica and that among its most important features stands out the fact that it required foundations of 38 meters in length in its foundations.
