The project consists of a 7-story building with covered outdoor parking. On the seventh floor it has a gym, lounge, outdoor terrace with BBQ and roof garden. The construction system consists of reinforced concrete columns and beams, mezzanine with prestressed joist, roof metal structure, covered with structural enameled zinc, has two elevators and two emergency metal stairs.
There are 45 fully finished luxury apartments with an area between 100 and 250 m2, luxury building finishes consist of cobbled streets and stucco walls, aluminum window frames. The facades of the building have a baroque style with wide use moldings to give accents to their sales and balconies.
