Ewing Residence is a luxury residence under development located in the exclusive Zapotal Golf & Beach Club in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Designed for the client Sphera, the single-story residence comprises 912 m² of living space, complemented by an electromechanical room in the basement. The project does not include a mezzanine or specific environmental certifications, and its construction is scheduled to take 16 months. The company is approaching this challenge holistically, prioritizing construction excellence, technical coordination, and harmonious integration with the natural environment, thus ensuring a high-end residential experience and efficient management at every stage of the process.
