The Enterprise Shell project, developed for the Medical Industry, has a total construction area of 22,661 m² on a single level and incorporates three mezzanines, one for offices and two external ones for specialised equipment. The work, which will be executed in a period of 12 months, is distinguished by including a metal grid in 95% of its area, designed for the installation of highly complex electromechanical equipment. It is currently seeking LEED Silver Certification, as well as Blue Flag and FM certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability, efficiency and construction innovation.
