The project consists of a modern logistics park consisting of 4 warehouses for a total of approximately 65,000 m2 of construction in addition to annex buildings and infrastructure. The project was built through advanced construction methods.

An example is the concrete floors that were cast with 30mx30m macrolosas with armored joints, achieving exceptional flatness. Large logistics companies have already settled in this park taking advantage of the constructive quality and comfort that it provides for their activities.
