Distrito Cuatro

The District Four Project is a Mixed Use project. It consists of 6 residential buildings of 4 floors each, and a parking floor in the basement with approximately 6000 m2 of construction each.

The mixed commercial area is made up of an Office Building of 12000 m2, in an Apartment Building of 5000 m2, a Supermarket of 2500 m2 and a Parking Basement of 10000 m2. It is located in Guachipelin de Escazú.
